  • What was the result of the experience?
Like any work experience, in my case we always undergo various role changes, which helps me a lot to reinforce the work experience and adapt to new situations. These changes always lead to improvements in the company and in production.

  • How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

My flexibility and adaptability were key during this process. Instead of resisting change, I took a proactive approach, analyzing the impact of regulations and leading the implementation of new strategies. I also worked closely with other employees and the logistics team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?
If I could change anything, I would have anticipated the company's problems. Better communication and prior analysis of future regulations would have allowed for more strategic planning, avoiding some initial delays. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability, proactive planning, and effective communication in logistics.

Critical thinking and media literacy





















In today’s world, where we receive news and information every second from social media, TV, and websites, it is very important to stop and think before we believe or share something. During my English learning process, I understood how to ask questions like: Who created this content? What is their goal? Is it based on facts or opinions?  By analyzing articles, watching videos, and participating in debates, I learned to recognize fake news and manipulation. This helped me become more responsible with the information I consume and share.  Critical thinking and media literacy have taught me not just to understand a language, but to understand the world.

Crime and punishment





















 Talking about crime and punishment in English class helped me see that justice is not always black and white. Through videos, texts, and discussions, I learned how different countries apply punishment, and how sometimes people are judged unfairly or harshly.  One important lesson was that punishment should not always be about revenge. In some cases, rehabilitation and education can help people change. I realized that behind every crime there is a story, and we need to analyze the causes, not only the consequences.  This topic helped me improve my vocabulary and express my opinions, but more importantly, it taught me to think with empathy and fairness.
