• What was the result of the experience?

Like any work experience, in my case we always undergo various role changes, which helps me a lot to reinforce the work experience and adapt to new situations. These changes always lead to improvements in the company and in production.

• How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

My flexibility and adaptability were key during this process. Instead of resisting change, I took a proactive approach, analyzing the impact of regulations and leading the implementation of new strategies. I also worked closely with other employees and the logistics team to ensure a smooth transition.

• Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?

If I could change anything, I would have anticipated the company's problems. Better communication and prior analysis of future regulations would have allowed for more strategic planning, avoiding some initial delays. This experience taught me the importance of adaptability, proactive planning, and effective communication in logistics.
